Youthful nose showing hazelnuts, lemon and chalkiness in a very pleasant way at first and then shows some sulphur and roasted notes in the background. Very nice and piercing lemon acidity before the creaminess comes in to balance the palate before the nice and lengthy finish showing a fresh red grapefruit bitterness takes over. Lovely as it transforms on the nose every time you take a sip showing so many different layers.. this is developing in a very pleasant way for sure!
(Best with 3-12 years extra cellaring)
