Saturday, April 4, 2020 - Mid gold to bronze with an active foamy mousse.
Intense aromas of toast, brioche and pastry.
Lively acid but not that tight, quite rich in the mid palate with breadth. Fair depth with hazelnut, oyster shell and yellow flowers. Quite creamy, even vanilla pod in the mid-palate with pleasant toasty nuances carried from the nose—charming wine.
