Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Benchmark champagne at this price point. The edges, mousse, and balance on this were more refined compared to Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV, which I also love, and which is slightly yeastier/fleshier on the palate. Paired well with fish and chips - even better after some time in the glass.
