Friday, December 24, 2021 - A very enjoyable NV that has much promise left. Disgorged in 2017, this wine has a very nice reserve base that exceeds its price and current stature. Definitely worth holding or drinking now. The secondary notes took a little time to appear in this bottle, which is a good sign. Some toasty notes, a bit of caramel background, mild lemon rind, and a good solid mouse. Overall a rising star.
