Saturday, May 18, 2019 - We had this as an aperitief at a friends 5/18/19 braised oxtail dinner. It had a light, elegant nose of brioche, apple, pear, vanilla and chalky mineral aromas. The palate was fresh, light and bright with flavors of apple, pear, bread, vanilla and minerals.
