Look: pale gold

Nose: yellow apple, saltine; not expressive

Palate: green apple, coriander, saltine; medium+ finish of chalk, saltine, parsley; dry; medium- strength bubbles of average size; medium acidity; medium body

Overall thoughts: This was enjoyable but very nondescript. Good wine.
