Wednesday, June 29, 2022 - Still an amazing QPR and fully prepared for many more years of aging. This wine is about 40% reserve, with the base from 2017, disgorged in 2020. After about 10 minutes in the glass, an underlying creaminess emerged – – not huge but noticeable -– and the lemon curd, also subtle, started to flower after 10 or 15 minutes. Nicely structured, well balanced with being too acidic, and very well-made.
