Thursday, January 11, 2024 - PnP. Nose is pretty closed off so I struggled here. I get just a touch of pear, grapefruit, white peach, a touch of minerality.

This however drinks very nicely. Grapefruit and Pear dominates. Medium acidity and bone dry finish
