Saturday, May 15, 2021 - Brilliant orange color. Really orange! Nose of caramel and cotton candy and some chalk. Palate up front with tropical fruit. Mid palate a bit thin and showing acidity that while very evident was just a touch sour. Like a sour patch candy. As it warms up a bit showing more fullness and fruit and long finish with a bit of charcoal notes left on tongue along with the sweetness. Very interesting wine. N
