Wednesday, September 20, 2017 - Quite honeyed and rich but still loads of fresh acidity keeping it from being cloying, but it did remind of a blanc de noirs at times. We were amazed it was still so fresh, if we had another we'd keep it in the cellar for another 5+ years or more before returning. Not very yeasty, but a bit of secondary animalistic notes like a rustic honey. Quite good.
