Saturday, January 18, 2014 - Explosive nose of brown sugar, gamey, very animal, black prunes, farmyard, bacon fat, soy sauce…. Taste of very sweet ripe cherries, very very long and very fresh finish, more freshness than a few years ago, fantastic bottle !!
