Sunday, March 24, 2024 - Best from there so far. Has with rack of lamb. Good finish and could taste throughout the dinner. Some sour and acid to cut the meat. Nice. After dinner, a bit sour, but a good sour. Some dark fruit. Loooong finish. Very nice. Still evolving after two hours
