Saturday, April 13, 2019 - Nondescript initial nose gave way to mild berries, soft spices and a hint of smokiness. After 45 min, the now fragrant nose and front palate was dominated by hints of raspberry and generous red fruits. the mid palate expressed a modest bitterness that gently transitioned to an overall sweetish acidity. Still retained supporting minerality though the expected sweetness had started to fade.
