87 Points

Sunday, August 2, 2015 - Brick red color. Very darkly fruited, a bit extracted and boozy on the nose, but also vibrant and nice fruit. Smells much like a 2006 Oregon Pinot Noir would expected to smell. Very softy fruited on the palate. Nice mellow texture. Really no tannins to speak of, with nice acid on the finish with good vibrancy of fruit. I actually think this bottle is drinking on the downward side of peak. No real tannins left, so time to drink, but it's also not too far gone; maybe have been more vibrant a few years ago.
