Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - The wine looks onion-skin colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant, strawberry, raspberry, lemon and biscuity. It tastes like strawberry, raspberry, red currant, grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple, pear, mineral, apple blossom, baker's yeast, biscuity, leesy and bready. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.
