Friday, April 19, 2024 - Light yellow colout with a golden hue and fine mousse. Nose is generous, fruity, with notes of peaches, white flowers and some honey and quince. Mouthfeel is dry, generous, fresh and fruity, with great acidity, fine fizz, nice acidity and notes of yellow apples, peaches, apricots, with a long and dry finish.

This is a dry, fresh and excellent sparkler from 100 % chenin blanc from Montlouis. Love it!
