Friday, January 30, 2015 - Good quality, long stubborn cork. Quite a lot of bubbles, clean, light sunflower seed oil colour. Composed classy nose of crunchy winter apples, appricot and peach, no yeasty aromas or brioche, it's mostly about interplay of fruits. Mildly creamy, lovely and somewhat complex. On the palate it has the stonefruits, some very balanced sweetness as the accidity has integrated. Very good as a long drink.
