Friday, December 15, 2023 - On the nose- Bright melon, bright fresh grapefruit, fresh white peach, nice fresh passion fruit, a bit of tart gooseberry, white flowers, salinity.

On the palate- On first sip you get hit with bright fresh zippy acidity then, bright melon and bright fresh grapefruit, fresh white peach and nice fresh passion fruit, a bit of tart gooseberry and white flowers with some nice salinity on the finish. This wine is drinking KILLER now but needs about 30+ min to really open up and show its stuff. I see this being able to age another 5-7+ years if not longer with no problem at all.
