Thursday, November 9, 2017 - 2017 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium - Kelly and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/9/2017-11/14/2017 (Villa D’este, Lake Como and Milan): Beautifully balanced nose displaying raspberry, crushed blackberry, a hint of mint and sous bois, caramel, sweet spices, Asian spice and earth. Nicely integrated palate, ripe red fruit and caramel driven palate impression, medium acidity. Nicely integrated tannins and a lovely long finish. Drinking beautifully, the delicate nature of Chambolle but the generous ripe fruit of the domaine.
