Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Light gold. Nose of honeysuckle, white melon, stone. Layers of lychee, apricot, diesel, dry white rock on the palate. Scintillating acidity and steely structure. Long finish of white fruit and a bit of iron. A nice pairing with lobster rolls.
