Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Glorious and vibrant, with layers of fruit and nuance. Blueberries, black pepper, lilacs, bacon fat, black lava and sarsaparilla. Engagingly long and flowing, with microfiber tannins and a round middle. The body is neither full nor light, with a fine elegance. There’s olive accents though out. Not a powerhouse, but means business. Very congenial and demure. One to age or enjoy now. Drink 2027 -.
