Saturday, October 14, 2023 - Nice white for food. Some effervescence. Slightly unripe peaches and pears with pineapple and some bread dough notes. On the linear, savory palate, notes of bitter almond and ginger accent hint of pear and lemon. Was very good with stong cheese.
