Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Appearance: Very pale golden
Nose: Green apple, croissants with a bit of pear, lemons and lime mixed in.
Palate: Very fizzy, cider-like, with a bitey citrus taste and a somewhat thin mouthfeel.

However, quite good in terms of value when it comes to the sparkling wine department.
