Tuesday, June 14, 2011 - Drunk at the North Cheshire Wine Society annual dinner. This is just about drinkable but is not fully ready, with good fruit, classic cedar notes, an elegant palate and a slightly closed finish. This has the potential to be a 95-point wine when it is fully developed in perhaps 5 years time.
