Sunday, November 29, 2020 - Deep plum colour.
Plum, garrigue, licorice, black pepper, tar, rich and complex.
Sweet berries, dark spices, supple style. Has some lovely ripe raspberry and damson fruits, cherry pip sweet’n sour, the pepper and licorice spice is well integrated, it’s very smooth with soft fine tannins. Probably past it’s peak in terms of intensity, but drinks beautifully.
