Thursday, January 25, 2024 - Golden straw in color. Acid high, alcohol high, tannins low, off dry, finish long.

On the nose, tropical fruits - ripe cantaloupe, honeydew, green apple, lemon, and oak.

On the palate, fruit forward with a balanced buttery and oak lace.
Ripe Meyer lemons, ripe cantaloupe, apricot and honeydew melon. Vanilla, butter, and oak in balance.

Not a huge fan of chards as they often come too hard with oak and butter but this one is very well balanced.
