Very rich and ripe--another big, full-bodied wine from Delectus that fills the nose and mouth; did not overpower the food and actually paired quite nicely with traditional Christmas dinner (because of notes of truffle, minerals and earth). This is raw, unfettered juice. Quite delicious.
