Saturday, April 6, 2024 - As before. Tomato, Dill and unripe strawberry is starting to peek through the blackcurrant on the nose. Will try to leave my last bottle until years down the road, problem being that I am emptying my cellar and unwilling to save lower quality for last, so that one might be gone much sooner.
