Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - light green to pale yellow in the glass. On the nose, it is quite aromatic with fresh green grass, green pear, and nail polish remover. On the pallet, it is very juicy and refreshing. The early and mid-pallet are crisp and mineral notes play well with the juicy green apple. On the finish, a well-balanced acidity lasts in moderate length, enjoyable and affordable.
