Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Enjoyed this over 48 hours, kept unsealed in the fridge door. Quite remarkably unchanged over that time period, the bubbles persisted, but a wine of such elegance, saline-seaside mineral character with nuances of pink grapefruit, rose hip, strawberry and cranberry.
