Saturday, November 14, 2015 - Served with flank steak, salad and baked potatoes at dinner with friends. Matched well. First of three cellered bottles. Decanted with about 1.5 hrs to breathe. Fully opened up after about 2 hours. Nose of blackberry and plum. Soft tannins with taste of black currant, cherry with a bit of oak. Excellent finish. This wine is either at peak or close to it. We will drink the remaining bottles within the next year.
