エレガントなブルネッロ・ディ・モンタルチーノ。
熟成により、酸もタンニンも果実味も高レベルで統合されている。
舌に引っ掛かる感じが一切ない滑らかな舌触りと、奥行きのある余韻。
料理が来る前にあっさり一杯飲んでしまった。
Elegant Brunello di Montalcino.
The aging process has resulted in a high level of integration of acidity, tannins and fruit.
Smooth on the tongue with no feeling of sticking to the tongue, and a deep finish.
I easily drank a glass before the food arrived.
