Sunday, January 3, 2010 - Popped the cork to give it a little air about 2 hours prior to serving. Really muted nose that never really came around. The palate started off much the same but after an hour in the glass the fruit started to build and there was some really nice black cherry fruit. The tannins are still present but this is an easy drink with food.
