Sunday, January 2, 2011 - Evolving nicely. Hair better that 2007 vintage - propably because chapoutier is no expert on fruity Parker-monsters of 07. Great example of smoky but still silky style of Rhone. Classic Chapoutier. (07 Bila Haut is great too, but don't try Chapoutier's 2007 Gigondas.)
