Sunday, July 30, 2023 - Elegant body, notes of prunes, dry herbs, dry flowers, chocolate and leather. Fine soft tannins and good acidity. Unfortunately it has just surpassed its best drinking window as it’s almost all tertiary and it’s starting to lose intensity.
