Saturday, August 28, 2021 - F**king hell!
This is mind-blowingly extravagant.
An exquisitely elegant version of a rich Australian Shiraz of yore with beautiful liquorice, mint, sarsaparilla, cardamom, rubber balloons, juicy fruits (plum compote, raspberry jam)... Long, balanced, ridiculously pleasing, superlative tannins, long, brilliant structure, scorched earth and long...

Surpsrisingly:
Didn't manage to cut through the high grade wagyu steak.

6 hrs later:
Falling apart, oxidization increasing, still delicious but more linear... (not downgraded).

If this btl is a reflection of your bottle, drink sooner after plop, rather than after long airing.
