Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Deep straw. Muskmelon, rambutan, flowers, preserved pineapple, white pepper, smoke, and bruised apple. Light-bodied with medium minus acidity. On the palate, we can feel some elements of stems and skins. Maybe the grape was not de-stemmed or had more skin contact during wine making process? The finish is long, complex, with some spiciness and bitterness. The bitterness really sums this wine up with a beautiful balance.
