Friday, April 11, 2008 - Had this wine over dinner at Aqua in Hilton Head, South Carolina. I didn't really write down my notes and thoughts on this but I wanted to quickly comment that it was incredible for the price point. So much so that I got back to our villa, went online and ordered a case. I will come back in and provide more detailed tasting notes when I open up the next bottle. I remember my mouth filled with cherries and spice along with some hints of blackberries. It was well balanced now but I am certain it is going to get better with another 4 years or so. More notes to come with the next bottle.
