Tuesday, January 5, 2021 - What can I say, sometimes one needs a good glass of Shiraz for pulled pork sandwiches, and this does the trick. Oh man, there is blueberry pie here, dark and ripe fruit, sweetness, too much of it, and some tertiary notes of smoked meat, flowers and spices, notably pepper. Still warm, still tannic, but also, I have to say, a great match with pulled pork. There you go.
