Monday, December 25, 2023 - This is really singing. Explosive notes of red cherries, some strawberries, but also some darker berries, sweet spices and just a touch of herbal notes. It's medium-full bodied, with medium-high acidity and just some lower-medium tannin. Good length. A super fresh CF from this excellent producer. Everything is about freshness and tension here. Really lovely.
