Friday, May 17, 2013 - I think this wine is a good example of 2000 bordeaux. Dark, brooding almost, yet fruity with balanced tannins. This would be sensational with food like a beef roast. Still has some time ahead of it as well. Bordeaux nose but I get no green pepper. Graphite, lead, forest floor, all of that but no pepper.
