Sunday, November 8, 2009 - Cork marked "Joan Simo Sentius." My first Priorat. Poured through Vinturi and decanted for an hour. Big black fruit and cedar on the nose. Lush mouthfeel with tart, macerated blackberries, leather, and oak leading to mineral flavors on the mid-palate and finish. Great value.
