Tuesday, January 12, 2021 - This wine really needs time to open up, and the wait definitely pays off. It has incredible depth and great complexity of flavor—fruit, menthol, tar, tobacco, but no one flavor dominates. It is drinking beautifully and should continue to evolve over the next 2-3 years, so we pushed the drinking window out to 2024.
