Saturday, March 27, 2021 - Deep garnet to deep tawny, dried fig, dried cherry, cinnamon, all-spice, and mushroom, on the first nose, followed by hints of cassis, blueberry, violets and menthol, mature dark fruit on the attack followed by spicy cherry, earth, umami, teethy tannins and moderate acidity, finishes long and strong with more earth, dried fruits, cherry, hazelnut, and lingering wood, black tea and Asian spices
