Monday, November 13, 2023 - Estate style: tense and bright, reductive with some notes of piecrust and preserved/perfumed lemon citrus, notes of lime and white pear.

Medium bodied, very tense to the point of austere, super fresh and mineral… serious, lean, long and fine. Will need time to relax!
