Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Crimson-black; black currants, blackberries, plums, earth, graphite; cassis, berry, cocoa, full body, excellent balance, good acidity, good heat, firm ripe tannins, lingering finish
Lovely blend of ripe, dark fruit with secondary notes of pencil, soil and spice. Opened up to a rich, plummy profile over dinner. Delicious, will buy again.
