Sunday, April 14, 2024 - Clean, medium(-) intensity, ruby hue. Low extraction.

Nose: medium+ aromatic intensity. Red fruit character, a combination of jam(Strawberry), and ripe-over ripe red berries. A little of hibiscus note. Not much oak aromas, maybe used oak.

Palate: dry, med alcohol, med(- )tannins, light body and medium acidity. An equilibrated wine. Red fruit character, jammy and ripe fruit. A little of dried plum. And lactic aftertaste.
