Monday, December 27, 2010 - Garnet red color. Green pepper, mushroom, tobacco, dusty barnyard and red fruit aromas. Palate similar, but shows more juicy red cherry, spice and green pepper. Somewhat austere tannins, but still a solid Cab Franc.
