Wednesday, March 19, 2014 - Wide open, lovely, complex nose! Raspberry and orange juices, a beautiful floral component, decomposing garrigue undergrowth, salty liquorice, hints of fig and farine sugar, among other notes. On the midweight palate we find developed flavours that mirror the nose, with enjoyable refreshing acidity, smooth texture, elegant tannic grip, and an intense saline minerality on the long finish. Highly drinkable now, should keep for a few years more.
