Friday, May 15, 2009 - Barnyard funky notes all over the nose of this. The nose made me nervous, but the wine tasted fine. I was struck by nice acidity and cherry notes and a great, even evolution of the flavors across the palate. They don't change a whole lot, but they grow well, and that makes for a ncie experience. The flavors were a little simple though, and the barnyard notes contributed to this not scoring higher.
